blog macro showing posts in wrong timezone

Bastian Uzlas September 3, 2020

Hello,

we have the problem that blog entries are displayed with the wrong time. When I create an entry I see "created a minute ago" in my profile.
The blog entry Macro says 11 hours ago.

I did add the following option to setenv.sh, but without success
---
cat /opt/atlassian/confluence/bin/setenv.sh | grep timezone
CATALINA_OPTS="-Duser.timezone=Europe/Berlin  ${CATALINA_OPTS}"
---

Is this a known problem and how can we fix this?

Hello @Bastian Uzlas !

As I understand, the creation date and the date showed in the Blog Posts macro do not match.

Currently, this is a known issue with the macro. It has been filed here:

As of today, there is no workaround or fix to this situation. The best course of action is to vote and watch for the report. Voting helps to increase the report visibility and watching it will keep you up to date with everything posted there.

Let us hear from you!
