auto notification on change of content in page

I have added the "workflow reporter macro" to blank page and created the dashboard to view the pages under different approval steps  (e.g.: draft, formal check.....),

is there any possibility to get automatic mail notification on, every page changes the status.

(e.g.: any page page the status from draft to formal check, get the mail notification)

Is such feature is available?

The workflow reporter macro does not specify the notifications that are sent.

As @Fabio Racobaldo _Herzum_ suggested, you can see adjust the default notifications settings in space tools.

You can also define custom notifications using the send-email macro in your workflow.

Hey @Deepak Chandrashekar Naik , workflow reporter macro is a function provided by https://marketplace.atlassian.com/apps/142/comala-document-management?tab=overview&hosting=cloud within Confluence. You need to be a Confluence Admin to perfom that setup.
