archive my confluence space

I want to archive my Confluence space before shutting it down.  How do I do this?

You can also archive this by exporting the content to PDF. The advantage is that the content will be readable without Confluence, the disadvantage is that it will not be restorable to Confluence.

So, the best is probably to:

1. Export to PDF 
2. and also to back it up by clicking https://yourcompany.confluence.com/admin/backup.action

Hello Mustafa,

What do you mean with shutdown?

Do you need to disable the space or the instance?

If it is the space, please try the step below.

1. Go to the space and choose Space tools > Overview from the bottom of the sidebar
2. Choose Edit Space Details
3. Select Archived in the Status dropdown menu
4. Choose Save
