Please help me.  Has anyone had this problem?

When viewing one of my pages I created, if I click any link, a warning in a yellow box appears at the top of the page and the Edit button is removed.  The text of the warning is shown below.  The actual current version of my page is 296.  If I click "current version" then the Edit button comes back and I can continue making edits.  However, the next time I click a URL, the warning comes back and the Edit button is removed.

Has anyone experienced this and if so, how do I fix it?  Is this a problem with a URL on the page?

We have discovered that if you link to an anchor on the same page but you use the [pagename]#[anchorname] format instead of just #[anchorname], it will actually link to version 1 of the page instead of the current version.  Seems like a bug?  Not sure if yours is the same situation.
