Is it possible to text wrap a specific column in Jira Structure ? Also is it possible to make the column headers fixed, they are getting chopped off and having users to expand columns every time in order to see the field name.

Community moderators have prevented the ability to post new answers.
The text wrapping feature can either be enabled for all columns/rows in the structure or for none. As for the size of columns - this setting is applied locally in each user's browser, i.e. it's not centralized to allow users adjusting the columns to their own screens and needs.
If the names of columns don't fit without resizing, you can consider enabling the horizontal scrolling feature - it will give every column as much space as needed.
