Without knowing your system better the ERROR message is the same like in this Community post. It suggests, the database is read-only in a moment where an update statement (to change some data in it) should be made:

Maybe you can work this out with a database professional rather on your end. From within Community it will be hard to say presumable how the configuration you have could add to this encounter.
