When my confluence backup cron job running and throw an error like this picture, then my backup cron job was stop.

Without knowing your system better the ERROR message is the same like in this Community post. It suggests, the database is read-only in a moment where an update statement (to change some data in it) should be made:

Maybe you can work this out with a database professional rather on your end. From within Community it will be hard to say presumable how the configuration you have could add to this encounter.
