Why image is not showing in the mail sent through ifttt macro confiform

I have included Jpg format image in the IFTTT macro which needs to be send through ifttt macro on Modified. But when some one recieved the mail, the image is not supported and seen like this

Most probably the image is located at the secure location and cannot be accessed by unauthenticated users (such as email client)
