Why does a "Command-Z" undo undo the last two changes I made instead of just the last one?

Every time I use "Command-Z" to undo, the last two things I did are undone instead of just the last thing. This can be a pain later if I didn't catch it. Seems like a bug to me.

This is definitely a bug and one we are looking into. It pains us too.

Glad to know you're well aware of it.  Is this fixed yet in the latest build?
