If a user only has access to JIRA and Confluence, then when on the ISSUES tab he only sees the Issue Tab and the Wiki tab. However when I click on the wiki tab, then the "Reviews" and "Source" tabs appear.
This sounds like a bug, however am Interested if its something else?
