Why do I still have the legacy editor instead of the new editor?

I've been looking through documentation and instructions on how to best customize templates for use within my space, and it seems the easiest option would be to use "create from template" option. I, however, don't have that option on my Confluence. I use the Cloud Confluence page. How can I get that update?
