Why can't i see the spaces of my staff?

I have the admin access, but I can't see the created spaces of my employees. In addition, staff could find, open and see the spaces created by other employees.

Also the same scenario, if the open the direct link

What's the problem, could anybody help me?

It's quite likely that you don't have the permission to see stuff.

Admin rights give you the right to administrate the system, not see things.  You probably need to add yourself to some groups or spaces.
