Why are embedded files unable to be accessed?

Why are embedded files unable to be accessed?

Hi all,

One of the users in the confluence site I manage is unable to access/view any files embedded in confluence pages, in any space. As far as I can determine there is no reason why they should be unable to open a file and preview it or open the file and download it for viewing, they are unable to do either of those things at the moment.

What are the possible causes for this and fixes?

However the user in my site is experiencing this issue with all embedded documents, not just google documents
