Where is Space Admin?

I cannot find Space Admin tools anymore. Did they move? Are they gone? I feel like a menu has disappeared on us.

Assuming you're referring to the latest version of Confluence, it depends on the Theme. With the Default theme, there's a Space Tools drop down located at the bottom of the sidebar. If the Documentation Theme is in use, you can access Space Administration from the Browse menu on the top nav. Of course, Space Administration will only be available to space administrators.
