Where can I have the results of the help function output standardised in German instead of English?

We use confluence premium in the cloud. Our language German is active in the global settings. When we use the help function in the header menu bar, which can be selected on each page, words searched for in Detusch remain without a result. If we use the English word search, we get results in English.

Does anyone know if and where we can change the language settings?

I am very grateful for answers. Greeting - Gaby
