When I use a horizontal line it shows up fine but the next time I go to that page it becomes a double horizontal line

Why is this? It became annoying as I would have to remove the line on each page because of this issue. Does this happen to anyone else?

No idea I'm afraid, but sometimes when I add one, it will only appear if I press Return to add another line below the one I wanted the horizontal line to appear on.

If you then go back to the blank line that's above the horizontal line, the horizontal line will disappear.

Niether of these things happens consistenly and I've experienced this on two versions (4 and 4+) and for two different companies.
