What would cause Confluence to stop displaying notifications in the workbox for all users?

We have not received notifications in about a month, but are still receiving them via email.

Hi Jennifer!

There are certain notifications you'll only get by email, but not in the notification workbox (for example, updates to watched pages, "Recommended in Confluence"). However, you should get a workbox notification if any of someone...

  • Shares a page or blog post with you.
  • Mentions you in a page, blog post, comment or task.
  • Comments on a page or blog post that you are watching.
  • Likes a page or blog post that you are watching.

Can you confirm:

  • Do you not receive a notification when one of the above actions happens?
  • Do you have all three of the following plugins enabled? (See Disabling and enabling apps)
    • Workbox - Common Plugin
    • Workbox - Host Plugin
    • Workbox - Confluence Provider Plugin

Hi @Zak Laughton we're having the same issue.  Our notifications from Confluence and our Jira server stopped around 5 days ago. I can confirm all the workbox plugins are enabled.   Any other ideas?

Oh, we also restarted the application after disabling and enabling the plugins.
