Welcome Video, Managing Users as User

Hey,

to be honest: ive got two questions!

First one: How can i delete the welcome video on my dashboard? Its appearing in the tab "popular" on the right sight.

Second one: Is it viable to give normal users or a user group permissions to manage users? Imagine: there is one admin and this admin hasnt enough time to manage all users. Can he give a second person permissions (not admin rights) so he can invite people and giving them permissions?

On your second question: Yes you can. You can grant a use or a group to be the admin of your Confluence. For more information on the permissions please refer to the link below.
