We are oftenly getting 502 proxy error on our confluence server

frequently getting 502 proxy error automatically and can't able to connect until restart the confluence service.

Please help me to get a permanent resolution instead restarting the server every time.

Hi @narendra3613 

Have you checked the log files during the occurrence of this error? Are there any errors in the logs?

Check the application log (<confluence-home>/logs/atlassian-confluence.log) as well as the Tomcat logs such as catalina.out (<confluence-install>/logs/catalina.out).

Are you running Confluence behind a Reverse Proxy or WAF? If yes, be sure that they are okay and set up correctly.
