WORK BOARD issue with the dashboard

we have our own workboard and even if the username is added in the label, I couldn't see in our filtered dashboard.

The filter on your dashboard is set to look only at issue where the assignee is Krishna.  The issue you show us is not assigned to Krishna.

Yeah understood 
But I filtered the dashboard based on the label 
Even for my colleagues if there label is added it reflects on the dashboard.
Beside the quick filters we can see profiles there if we select, we can see the dashboard based on the assignee but I didn't filtered based on assignee.
I filtered it based on label.
Please help
