Hello,
I have been tasked with becoming the Virtual Agent Guru for the company I work for.
What is the best way to learn about VA? Is there a course I could take or anything like that?
Hi There!
Diving into VA is so fun!
My recommendation is to pull up all the VA documentation in the Atlassian Knowledge Bases and experiment in your sandbox. Reading through all the docs was extremely helpful. I've also learned that you need to be pretty explicit with what you are asking, but coming up with consistent formatting in your documents helps a ton.
Intents: be in the mind of your help seekers. Look at old requests and think about how they would ask for help. Try not to duplicate your questions between two different flows though, otherwise, your bot will get confused and will need to clarify more than it should.
Test Test Test - throw as much use case at your bot as possible to vet out common language variants that could throw it off.
Those are just a few things to get you on your way to be the guru!
Awesome! Thank you so much for this. I am pretty excited about it all to be honest.
