GDay all,
is there a way to view the JSD SLA vs breached in confluence?
using html and an iframe keeps getting refused to connect.
Also other JDS reports. Really hoping for OOB but if it requires a plugin I would be interested in that as well.
Thanks,
Robert
Hi @robert.nadon ,
You can display SLA met vs breached (also in progress SLAs) gadgets in Confluence using Time to SLA . I think this is the best fit for your use case. You can read more about these gadgets here but basically, you can customize these gadgets with a JQL, select specific SLAs to display, and refresh displayed data in regular intervals to keep users up to date.
You can also use our SLA functions in the Jira issues gadget to display issues with breached SLAs and met SLAs in Confluence.
Let me know if you have any questions.
Cheers,
Gökçe
Good stuff, but this will display the list of issues in confluence not the graphs, correct?

Various Time to SLA graphs can be displayed by selecting gadgets in Confluence like below (Graphs will be displayed)

You keep referring to Confluence Gadgets. Gadgets are in Jira, Confluence has Macros.
So do you install a TTS plugin into confluence? I could not find it in the marketplace.
Installing a plugin to Jira does not add the macros to confluence.

You can use any Jira gadget within Confluence by registering as the external gadget.
Here you can see detailed explanation regarding the external gadgets.
