Hello, is there a notion of version in confluence cloud
On Cloud, every site is using the same (latest) version of Confluence. The only exception if you entered some EAP (early access program) which may cause that non-publicly-available features are already available in your site.
The best resources to understand what's going on:
If you're referring to the version of a page in Confluence, each page has a page history that you can select of the kabob (3 dots) for each page. That will tell you the revision history of each page.

Hello @Isabelle Metoevi ! Welcome to the Atlassian Community!
There is some notion of the changes that get released and when. You could subscribe to Release Notes to see when upcoming changes will get to Confluence Cloud.
Changes identified in Release Notes are released continuously unless you opt your products to be updated on monthly Release Tracks. If you're on a Release Track, the updates occur generally on the second Tuesday of the month. Note that Release Tracks are only available if you're on the Premium version of Confluence.
