Not straight forward. You can use iframe to embed it. Or use a Confluence add-on that will let you create Excel style pivots based on Jira issues. More details here: https://community.atlassian.com/t5/Confluence-questions/How-to-incorporate-JIRA-velocity-chart-in-a-confluence-page/qaq-p/308266

In JIRA you do not have this feature where you can export the reports.
