Using the Rest API, how do I move a child page to the root level ( e.g. no parent )

The wiki rest:

               Move a page to a new location relative to a target page

               PUT /wiki/rest/api/content/{id}/move/{position}/{targetId}

says targetId is required.  So, if I want to set the targetid to Null, it fails.

Root level, i.e. Space home page has it's own pageId.

Hover mouse to Edit button to see it or press Page Information to see it in address bar.
