Active users are suddenly unable to log into Confluence and its showing them different errors.
For some users it says: "you cannot access"
For some it says: "Not permitted"
For some it says: "login failed"
Please advice the way forward.
To add what the previous person posted, not permitted could be due to page restrictions or space permissions. Make sure the user exists in the space or has permissions in the space.
Login error - check and reset the user failed login count.
Hope that helps.
Hi @Aashna Kumar ,
