Hi one of our users is not able to create a template in his personal space.
He does get the Look and Feel option in Space Settings of his Personal Space.
Also the <Create New Template> button. Clicking it opens a new page dialog but when he tries to save it he gets the message:
There was an issue creating a template in this space.
Check if the spoace exists and if you have admin rights. But that you have by default.
Has the user set their space to "Current"?
I just had this issue with a space in which I am an admin, and it was because the space was not set to "Current."

In our case, the space had been archived (Space settings > Manage space card > Archive space) and just needed to be restored.

Is this happening with all the users or only specific user ? If you try it in any other alternate browser eg: Chrome/Firefox, does that make any difference ?

Thank you for confirming. I am unable to replicate this issue. Since other users can create templates in their personal space and only one user is affected, even though he have admin access to the space, this requires investigation from Atlassian Support. Please submit a support ticket with them.
