User gets a browser timeout error trying to update a very large Confluence document

The document in question, an API guide is very large - the Read Time estimate is 1717 minutes (28 hours).

The document says it has Unpublished Changes but the author says the Save and Publish buttons are greyed out and then his browser times out and crashes if he persists.

Is there a resolution for this or has my user hit a limit on how large documents can be?

Thanks in advance for any guidance!
Wayne

@Wayne Hustis the document might be to large for the browser's cache to handle.  I would suggest submitting a support issue to Atlassian so they can look at the specific page.
