User Macros: Setting a default for the $body?

Is it possible to 'pre-set' the body in a user macro, which could then be changed / updated?

While you can set a value for $body in case it is blank, I don't know of way of displaying the body in the macro in edit mode that can then be overwritten (but the override setting is probably displayed in the macro preview).
