I'm in the process of creating a course and all of a sudden, it wouldn't let me upload any images or videos. I don't even get an error message when I click the button - it literally does nothing.
I've uploaded 5 videos so far and now I'm stuck. Is there a limit in size or number of videos I can upload in a single course?
Any insight would be helpful, thanks!
Hi, I was facing the same issue a few days ago and solved the problem by following above steps. You can also solve your issue by following the above guide. I hope you will be happy to follow this. Thanks
Hi, there shouldn't be a limit (unless you admin has set one).
A technical reason to what might be happening: When you upload you're issued an auth token which tells Confluence you're allowed to upload. If you've left the page open for a long time might be your auth token has expired.
So refreshing the page and retrying the upload might help resolve the issue.
