Hello,

We are currently still using a local server with version 7.14.0. Our starter license naturally expired in February. We can see that the versions up to 8.5.16 (long term support) are still available for download. Can we still install and activate these versions with our license? Or what do we need to be able to use them?

thank you

kind regards

Philippe

Hi Philippe - Welcome to the Atlassian Community!

I don't think you are going to be able to find the versions to download, but you might. But if you find them and install and something goes wrong, you will have no support. I would strongly encourage you to begin the process to migrate to either Data Center or Cloud.

Hi @Philippe Wetzels

Welcome to the community!

I suggest you check if the Confluence is on the Server or Data Center license. (There is a high chance that you are still on the Server license)

Atlassian no longer supports and provides a license for the Confluence Server, and you must either upgrade to the Data Center license or migrate to the Confluence Cloud.

If you are moving forward with the Data Center, you will need to renew the Data Center license to upgrade from the current Confluence Server to the latest long-term supported version in the Data Center.

Thank you.
