It would help to understand more of what is going on on the page. The context of that image is so small that it is hard to say what might be going on. A bigger screenshot would help. If there is sensitive information black those parts out, but it's very hard to say from such a small screenshot.

I was able to create a table that looks similar to your and it works fine, so it's not an issue with Confluence not liking the table layout. The two right columns should split their width about 50/50, like my example below. It looks like the middle column, however, it taking up all the space. I would look into the data in the middle column. Do you have a bunch of non-breaking spaces pushing the width out, or maybe an image with a transparent right side that is taking up the width, another possibility would be that the two left columns are pre-formatted text which will respect any white space that is entered? Anyway, I'm just throwing out ideas to try and explain the behavior I see. Without actually looking at any code that is the best I can do. Open up your web developer tools in your browser and dive in to see what is causing the issue. That would be the best advice I could give you.
