Unknown error when creating question

When creating a question in my space i get an unknown error.

Error:

Something went wrong. We're not sure what the problem is. Try again, and contact your admin if it still doesn't work.

I get this error with one specific user with the permissions to view and add questions within this space.

I get this error message when I fill in a topic (both new and used ones). I can still save it and it is also visible in the list.

Any idea's what might have gone wrong?

Yes I did. I contacted Atlassian support and we found out that the permissions at the general questions space weren't set correctly.
