Hello,

I am struggling with creating JIRA issues through Confiform. I am getting this error -

• Unexpected error while saving the record. Please contact your Confluence support team for assistance. Details are available in the server logs

Can you please guide me as to how and where I can check these server logs. If there are any additional accesses needed for this, I don't think I would have those, in that scenario how can I debug. I have been stuck on this forever with not many ways to test if I am going the right way. Please guide.

This error message is from server/Dc version of ConfiForms and logs are located https://confluence.atlassian.com/doc/working-with-confluence-logs-108364721.html

Most probably the JSON mapping that you have in ConfiForms gets broken when users put values into the form fields. You need to review the mapping and make it more robust, utilising escapeJSON function whenever necessary

Hi @Shivalika Sharma 

I would skip trying to get the server logs.  I think that's a relic from the Server/DC code.

I think opening a support request with Atlassian Support is your best bet.
