We have confluence server running on a Windows server. While trying to upgrade the confluence (server), I ran into an issue that prevented me from upgrading. When I clicked on the link to enter the license, I got the error message 'Unable to find resource '/template/simple/texatarea.vm'. It would not let me put my license. I have rebooted my server several times and also restarted the confluence service. But I continue to get the same error.

Thank you for answering so quickly. Unfortunately, i have tried all these steps and still get the same error. The link that you provided is from docker (linux image) and shows unix commands but I am running the Confluence server on Windows Server. Also, when I click on the link to enter the license number, it displays the other error page, which I showed in the second screenshot. It does not give me any option to enter the license number.

Yes, I tried to clear all the caches (plugins-cache, plugins-osgi-cache, plugins-temp, and bundled-plugins). I restarted the server again and have the same issue.

I can't raise a support ticket since it is for starter license and the only option given is to get answers from community. I tried that route as well. Thank you for your continued assistance!
