Unable to export a space

I am testing a space backup which is in XML to convert it to HTML, I created a free site with my personal id and imported the backup, the spaces in that backup are now visible and I can browse it. 

I would now like to convert this to a static site as a test, in the case in future we do not wish to use confluence, according to the documentation it should be pretty simple: Spaces > Spaces Setting > Manage Space > Export > HTML > Normal > Export. but I don't see this 'Export' option in my spaces, my account is the org admin.spaces.png

There are a few things you can check to troubleshoot this issue:

1. Make sure that you are an administrator of the Confluence site. Only administrators have the ability to export spaces.

2. If you are an administrator, check to see if the 'Export' option is disabled. This can be done by going to 'Space Tools' > 'Permissions' and seeing if the 'Export Space' permission is set to 'Deny' for your user group.

3. If the 'Export' option is enabled, try exporting a different space to see if the issue is specific to this one space.
