Hi Jaswanth, welcome to the Community!

Could you provide a little more detail on what you're trying to do? I see your question is tagged for Confluence but am unsure of exactly the action you're trying to take and what's happening. Could you provide this information:

  1. What API are you trying to use (Confluence REST API, Atlassian Connect API, etc) - the URL of the endpoint(s) you're trying to work on would be useful
  2. What error is returned when you attempt to get the refresh token?
