Unable to create page on Confluence

Im unable to create a new page in Confluence Server 7.7.3. I get below error message 

This page is taking longer to load than usual. Give it a few moments, then try refreshing. Still having issues? Contact your Confluence admin.

Please let me know if any settings needs to be changed in Admin page

What does the admin say about the error?

Could be a problem with the synchrony server.
Turn it off and then try to see if it works.

Try stopping the Collaborative Editing features (under General Configuration) and try again.
