Unable to access - Internal server error

I've succesfully created an Atlassian account, but I can't access a cloud Confluence istance: I'm receiving an Internal server error ("Something went wrong! Please try again in a few minutes. An unexpected error occurred" kind of message) every time I try to log in.

Hi Francesco,

welcome to the Atlassian Community.

Sometimes it take a few minutes for the cloud site to be installed completely. Is the problem still persisting or are you meanwhile able to use Confluence?
