Two email notifications for from Confluence (one is blank)

I am a Confluence OnDemand user and I am noticing the following issue for me and my colleagues. Sometimes, when a user posts a comment and @mentions people, those people receive two email notifications, one with content and one without. It looks a little like this:

Email 1 (the blank one):

@Jane@Joe

Email 2 (the correct one):

@Jane@Joe

"text of comment included here."

Email 2 looks like expected behavior, and Email 1 does not. Is there something wrong with our setup, or is this a bug?

Hi Eugene,

I dont believe this is a setup problem, as far as I'm aware we dont have any configuration in Confluence to send multiple notifications, my sugestion is that you raise a support case to OnDemand team at support.atlassian.com.
