Tutorial for FAQ Page

Hi everyone, 

I am new to using the Service Center. Is there any tool tutorial that explains how to add projects, and from there how to add articles, to your FAQ page etc. (Service Center)? 

I need some really basic tutorial that will explain the simple ins and outs of the platform.

Also, I'd like to know, if we upgraded to a paid plan and we changed our permissions to public, would that also allow people to message us without logging in?

With regard to your question around paid plans. You need to consider if you want to track the comments back to individuals or whether just having anonymous comments is sufficient. A paid plan will allow you to assign user accounts to individuals (at a cost) and then track the comments against that user.
