I have created a new page and inserted a table. When I select the link button, the only options that I am getting are other pages . I would like to have the option to link some documents in my local server onto the Confluence. I can do it with already existing pages but I don't know why I am not with this new page. Please help!
Hi @Kudzaiishe ,
welcome to the Atlassian community!
When you add a link through the link macro, you should be able to link other pages, attachments or a weblink.
In order to add a link to a local document you should be able to choose File and then select your local file. That file will be added as attachment to your page and linked in your page.
Is your link macro something like that?
Fabio
Hi Fabio
Many thanks for the welcome and response. My link macro for the old pages is like your image. However, the one for the new page that I created yesterday is different. It only displays previous pages as options.
