Hi, i'm having trouble opening up the Confluence Space url to the anonymous users (i.e. public).
When i go to global settings - there is no option to Anonymous Acccess as discribed in Confluence help page. Only option to add groups with users already using Atlassian products.
I have a paid account - so this should be enabled as i understand.
Even the free accounts show the "anonymous access" tab in the security page. They just grey it out and tell you it's not configurable because you're on a free account.
The thing that makes it vanish completely is enabling "public links" - these are incompatible with anonymous access.
Unfortunately, Atlassian seem to have taken the docs for these offline, the page is not available any more, so I can't point to the full docs.
If you want to enable anonymous access, you'll need to go into your admin section, find public links, and turn them off. I think it's in the general settings (advanced), but I can't remember, so you may have to do some hunting.
