Thumbnails not clickable

After a recent Migration from the old standalone Confluence to the Atlassian Confluence Cloud, clicking on thumbnails no longer bring up the full-sized version of the image.  The thumbnails simply aren't clickable anymore. Prior to migration, the thumbnails brings up the full-sized images.  Is there a way to re-enable this?

Hi @Kev Chu and welcome,

are you sure that attachment have been migrated? In confluence cloud if you click on an image in a page a full page image appears.

Fabio

I think the issue was that some of the pages were converted to the new editor which seems like all the attached images on the page are no longer links but embedded images? It appears that pages where it still retains the legacy editor, the thumbnails are clickable.  On the pages that have been converted to the new editor, I can no longer revert back to the Legacy version.

Hello @Kev Chu and welcome to the Atlassian Community!

May I ask, are these attachments nested within a macro? I've seen this happen when this is the case. Non-nested attachments work normally, nested ones change behavior.

Hope this can help too!

With friendly regards
Rodrigo

I don't think they are nested within a macro, the attachments are just dragged and dropped into the body paragraph of the page, nothing fancy at all.
