The toolbars doesn't work when editing a page

There is no restrictions for the page. When I want to edit that page, e.g. to add a new row to a table, the toolbar doesn't work. The toolbar appears as light-gray color.

That is strange behavior. The following troubleshooting info may help the community understand the issue better to help troubleshoot:

• Is this a new issue?
• Have there been any changes since the last time this was working?
• Does this happen for multiple users?
• Does this happen in multiple browsers?
• Does this happen on multiple Confluence pages?

Please make sure the cursor is not positioned at "Page Title".
