There is a paragraph of text on my page, for example

My.nameisollie

Use My.nameisollie, Confluence can find the page, but no matter whether it is queried through My or nameisollie, the page cannot be returned.

Affected version:7.13.2

BTW, I did a similar test in Confluence Cloud, and the results are consistent, and the expected page cannot be returned.

Hi - I think you're running into this issue:

Confluence search does not work for period separated values

The workaround listed there is:

If you need to find a content, you can use '*' or '?' to get more result. For example:

Jeremy*
Jeremy*flower

If you want to complain/vote/comment about this, there's ticket here:

CONFCLOUD-69222 - Provide ability to override Lucene tokenisation and stemming and search for exact text
