Text in the table very close to the table border

Hello community.

2 weeks ago I mentioned one strange thing in the Confluence Cloud.

Text loses spacing in the cells. What happen?

If we look into the rendered HTML-code we will see that automaticaly uses CSS setting padding-left: 0;

Also I can see that minimum spacing disabled:
