I am using Confluence and am having problems updating and publishing documents edited in Confluence, where the images are updated in a different order than the order in which they were properly placed on the edit screen, or where images are unintentionally duplicated and displayed in the same order.

Specifically, let me assume that the five images are A, B, C, D, and E, respectively, and that the proper order is ABCDE. On the edit screen, the order is A B C D E, but after updating, the order is B D A C E C B, which is not the same as on the edit screen. This has been going on for about a week and this glitch seems to be happening only to me.

I would appreciate it if you could provide me with a solution.

Hi @saijomirai and welcome to the community.

it's hard to do the diagnostics without actually working with the page but what I'd is simply use Clear formatting option on the content.

Yes, you will lose the bolds and such, but chances are this solves formatting issues.

You can also try using Source Editor Pro for Confluence, a free app to look into HTML to see and correct what's going on.
