TestRail integration is not working as expected in Chrome

We are currently experiencing an issue with the integration between our Jira Sandbox instance and our TestRail instance.  A logged in Jira-Sandbox user, with active and valid test cases linked to the Jira Ticket, are not able to see the Test Rail case assets associated with that lead ticket.  When clicking on the "TestRail" link from within JIra, the user see's the following message "You are not yet logged in to TestRail. Please log in to use the integration." and is asked to login.  Once logged in, the user is directed to the main TestRail dashboard page...not the expected testcase associated with that Jira ticket.  Executing a login does not resolve the issue.  How do we resolve this issue?

We are experiencing the same issue here, however the issue does not occur with Firefox
