Confluence Cloud has a wide variety of templates to use, however, I don't see that many available for Confluence Data Center. Is there a way to download templates and import them? Does Atlassian have templates for Data Center that I'm unaware of?

Hello @cfiapurchasing2 and welcome to Community.

Confluence DC does not offer many templates out of the box, but there are many you can add from the Marketplace. They are called blueprints. You can also develop your own; find more info on this page https://confluence.atlassian.com/doc/blueprints-323982376.html
