I can create Templates for my personal Confl Area but not for our public Team Area.

Whats the Problem?

@Maurice Leibacher welcome to the Atlassian Community!

Only Space Administrators can create Space Templates in Confluence Cloud. Each user is the default admin of their personal space, but a site or product admin would have to designate you as a space admin in the space you want to create templates. I suggest reaching out to your admin team to request the privilages.
